Lingual Braces

Lingual braces are a type of orthodontic appliance that are placed on the inside (tongue-side) of the teeth, making them virtually invisible. They work in the same way as traditional metal braces, but are customized to fit the individual’s teeth and are less noticeable. Some of the benefits of lingual braces include their esthetic appearance, low profile, and improved comfort compared to traditional metal braces. However, they can be more difficult to clean, and can cause more discomfort to the tongue and soft tissues of the mouth.
